Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Buzz & Bloom Boutique purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Return Process:

2. We'll provide return instructions
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Exchanges:
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same 30-day timeframe and condition requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
